Returns & Eligibility

  • You have 28 days from the delivery date to return eligible items.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Personalized items are non-refundable as they are custom-made just for you.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Take a few quick photos to help us assess the problem:
    • The exterior of the package (showing overall condition).
    • A clear image of the damaged item.
    • Close-up photos of the specific damage.
  2. Email us at ohhhbabyuk@gmail.com with your order number, and attach the photos within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know the next steps. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank to process the refund.
